Return to 4City Represent Spring 2023

4CITY:Represent is our spring and fall "club" program designed to keep our most passionate players balling year round without giving up other sports or activities. It is a healthier alternative to most club/AAU programs that cost $1000's, take up every weekend, and often fail to deliver on quality coaching and player development.

Represent players have biweekly intense practices with 4CITY's professional coaching staff, and then "represent" 4CITY in flexible weekend games that include competing against other clubs in local tournaments, jamborees, or in-house scrimmages... all while adhering to our 4C Philosophy. Players practice with their age group during the week and then competitive teams are formed each weekend based on skill level and availability.

FEES: $895

These fees cover all tournament fees, uniforms, gyms, referees and scorekeepers, and professional coaching by our head 4CITY coaches for ten weeks. Players will receive a practice shirt to keep.

The spring Represent season will run for ten weeks from March 27th - June 4th. Players have two weeknight practices each week and flexible opportunities to play in competitive games on the weekend.

Weeknight practices (75 minutes):

  • Girls 3rd/4th: Monday/Wednesday @ 7- 8:15 pm

  • Boys 3rd/4th: Monday/Wednesday @ 6:30 - 7:45 pm

  • Girls 5th/6th: Monday/Wednesday @ 7- 8:15 pm

  • Boys 5th/6th: Tuesday/Thursday @ 6:30 - 7:30 pm or 7:30 - 8:30 pm

  • Girls 7th/8th: Monday/Wednesday @ 7:45 - 9 pm

  • Boys 7th/8th: Monday/Wednesday @ 7:45 -9 pm

  • High School (Coed): Tuesday/Thursday 8:30 - 9:30 pm

Optional Friday practices:

Our kids are already busy and we want kids to play multiple sports and participate in other extracurricular activities! For players who miss one of the weeknight practices, or just want some extra court time, we will be offering "make up" sessions on Fridays. Players can sign up for these bonus sessions on a weekly basis.

We will be offering weekend games or scrimmages each weekend of the program, with local tournament options most weekends. Teams will be selected by the coaches based on skill level and practice performance, with all skill levels guaranteed opportunities to play in tournaments. On average we expect players will attend 2-5 weekend tournaments during the spring season and play or scrimmage locally on the other weekends.

The time of games and scrimmages will vary from week to week due to the last-minute scheduling of most AAU style tournaments in the area. We will strive to get schedules to you by Thursday evenings and you will always have a local scrimmage option to choose if the scheduling does not work.
